The North America & Oceania Department is the major sales division in China Travel Service Head Office. Its business scope is ranged as following:
- Undertaking inbond tours to China.
- Providing ticket, hotel reservation and / or transfers for overseas groups or FIT.
- Travel retail sales with guaranteed departure agenda and quotation available.
- Organizing tours of special features (such as family not searching for Overseas Chinese, Chinese folks expedition, China investment tours, student summer / winter camps, culture and sports, academic exchanges, rehabilitation fittness tours, family tour and chartered flights.)
- Pointed by CTSHO the America & Oceania Department is engaged in organizing international conferences. Post conference tour, and incentive tours.
- Rendering services to Chinese visiting group to America & Oceania as providing preferential air tickets, recommending overseas invitor, obtaining invitation letter and visa, arranging sightseeing.
- Providing consultation services.
- Work for entry visa and of visa extension.
- There are many experienced and talented sales and escort personals in the department, who can provide services in many languages. The department has its experiences in North America and Oceania, aimed at prompt and best service, the department always upholds liability and our clients interests in its work.
